Join us for a proper introduction to sharpening your kitchen knives on Japanese whetstones. Class in intended for beginners. Students will sharpen a dull knife from start to finish. Sharpening stones will be provided to use, and are also available to purchase. Students will bring a dull chef's knife, santoku, or other 6-10" knife of their choosing. Class size is 2 people and will last about 2 hours.
