Pallares 'Grand Cuisine' Kitchen Shears

A medium duty scissor that can handle most kitchen and houshold tasks with ease. One blade is smooth and the other is slightly serrated behind the edge, which help when cutting poultry. We've also found these to be great for eating and cutting crab and shellfish as well. Stainless steel. The fit and finish on these Pallares shears is excellent, with a very comfortable polished grip, making these a good choice for an avid chef. They can easily be taken apart and resharpened.

Pallares is a third generation family run company in Solsona, Spain. Started in the early 20th century in what was then a center of knife-making, they are now the last of the traditional companies in Solsona still producing knives. They produce wonderful hand ground knives and tools for cooks, butchers, gardeners, and farmers.
