Sakai Kikumori’s Standard series have a thin and lightweight stainless mono-steel blade and a comfortable western style handle. Ease of sharpening and good edge life make these knives an excellent all-around value. 

**Dry thoroughly after use. Left wet, stainless steel can dull quickly and develop pits in the edge. 

**To avoid chipping, keep away from bones, frozen foods or other hard foods and pits.
