Yu Kurosaki

Yu Kurosaki is internationally regarded as one of the top knife makers in the world. He is famous for his unique Tsuchime (hammer mark) finishes, and uses high hardness stainless steels for ultra-sharp and long lived edges. After working as an apprentice under Hiroshi Kato in the Takefu Knife Village for 12 years, he started his own workshop in 2014.
