Collection: Santoku Knives

The santoku is a Japanese knife shape that is sort of a mixture between a gyuto and a nakiri, and was designed with home cooks in mind. They are typically between 5 and 8 inches, have a little curve along the edge with a slightly less pointy tip than a chef's knife, and can cut most vegetables and boneless meats with ease. Santoku knives have gotten super popular throughout the world, and now most knife companies make a version of the santoku knife.
