Sakai Kikumori

Sakai Kikumori knives are made by Kawamura Hamono, a family run cutlery company producing top quality Japanese and Western style kitchen knives in Sakai, one of the oldest knife making centers in Japan. They have been producing knives since the 1920’s and have maintained long standing relationships with some of the best blacksmiths and blade grinders in Sakai.

Helle - Outdoor Knives from Norway

Helle knives are handcrafted in Norway, and built to hold up the Scandinavian environment, and we think they hold up very well in the Northwest as well! Their knives are meant to be used in the outdoors, and whether camping, hunting, whittling, or surviving, they will stand up to tough use. Their blades are made with traditional materials, with most handles made of curly birch, and natural leather belt sheaths are included. Their knives are ground in the Scandinavian style, with wide flat bevels that can handle a variety of tasks.
