Shipping policy
*There may be delays with shipping services that are beyond our control*
*Free U.S. Shipping on orders $100 or more applies to most items, but heavy or bulky packages may incur a shipping charge. Free shipping orders will ship ground via USPS or UPS at our discretion.
Domestic Shipping:
- Please allow 1-2 business days for processing and handling. We strive to ship out packages as quickly as humanly possible, but please understand that we are human, and sometimes have other stuff to do.
- We primarily ship all packages via USPS or UPS, please allow at least 3-5 business days after receiving your tracking information for delivery. For packages over 2 pounds, we often use UPS ground. We do NOT ship via FedEx.
- If you have specific shipping needs, please contact us BEFORE placing your order!
- If you did not receive your tracking information, please contact us at info@uptowncutlery.com
- Once the package is in the carriers system, we are not responsible for tracking or locating your package. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages within the carriers system or after delivery.
- If you believe you made an error entering your shipping details, please contact us ASAP so we can sort it out! We can NOT change the address once the package is in the carriers system. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will charge an additional shipping fee to ship the package again.
- Due to cases of fraud, we may contact you to confirm your identity.
- Washington State Tax applies for all orders paid or shipped within the state. No tax will be collected on orders shipped out of state. You may be responsible for your state's use tax.
International Shipping (We currently only ship to Canada):
- Please allow 2-3 business days for processing and handling. Please allow an additional 3-14 business days for delivery.
- We primarily ship with USPS. Please contact us if you would like to request a different carrier.
- If you have specific shipping needs, please contact us before placing your order.
- For all orders shipped outside the United States, buyer is responsible for all customs fees and taxes that may apply.
- Once the package is in the carriers system, we are not responsible for tracking or locating your package. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages within the carriers system or after delivery.
- If you believe you made an error entering your shipping details, please contact us RIGHT AWAY so we can sort it out! We cannot change the address once the package is in the carriers system. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will re-charge to ship the package again.
- Once the buyer receives tracking information, we are not responsible for tracking or locating your package. Keep in mind, customs delays are possible.
