Collection: Paring Knives

Paring knives are meant for small, precise tasks, and can be used in the hand to peel, core and trim fruits and vegetables. They are typically between 2 and 4 inches, and have narrow blades. There are some variations on blade shape, from pointed blades with curved edges, to sheepsfoot blades with flatter edge, and even birds beak knives which are excellent for peeling foods.
