Imanishi #220/#1000 Combination Japanese Whetstone

This is a great combo stone for German and other thicker European knives, the 220 cuts quickly and the 1000 grit is a good finish for Western knives in general. Also a great workhorse stone to start the progression on Japanese knives.

Soak in water before using.
