The Shun Kanso series features a mono steel blade made from Japanese AUS10 stainless steel, which gets sharp, holds a great edge and has some toughness to it and is suited for all sorts of kitchen tasks. The full tang blade has a stonewashed finish and Wenge wood handle scales.
