Tsunehisa Swedish 165mm Santoku Tsuchime

These affordable workhorses feature an easy to care for Swedish stainless steel core, full tang western handles, and an attractive tsuchime (hammer-marked) finish, which also helps with food release. They are durable and easy to sharpen.

Boxed. Made in Japan.

**Dry thoroughly after use. Left wet, stainless steel can dull quickly and develop pits in the edge. 

**To avoid chipping, keep away from bones, frozen foods or other hard foods and pits.
