Aoto #600 (Synthetic) Whetstone

A man-made version a natural aoto stone, a muddy medium grit stone that's quick cutting a leaves a consistent scratch pattern. 

Soak thoroughly before use (at least 10 minutes) and allow to dry slowly in a temperate environment, especially away from excessive heat or cold to avoid cracking.
