Benriner No. 64 Mandoline Slicer

There is a reason that most professional cooks choose the Benriner brand mandoline over any other: they are precise and super sharp, as well as durable and compact.

The No. 64 is the updated version of the classic Benriner mandoline slicer. The No. 64 model includes an updated thickness adjustment dial, and a non-skid base, and a notch to hook onto a bowl. Includes 3 sizes of removable julienne blades. The main blade can easily be removed for re-sharpening with a screwdriver. Can cut thicknesses between .5mm and 5mm (about a 1/4"). Fits food up to 64mm (2.5") in width.
