Benriner No. 95 Mandoline Slicer (Super Benriner)

The Super Benriner No. 94 is the updated version of the classic Super Benriner mandoline slicer. The No. 94 model includes an updated thickness adjustment dial, and a non-skid base, and a notch to hook onto a bowl. Includes 3 sizes of removable julienne blades. The main blade can easily be removed for re-sharpening with a screwdriver. Can cut thicknesses between .5mm and 8mm (about a 1/4"). Fits food up to 95mm (3.75") in width.
