Made in Hong Kong by legendary knife maker Chan Chi Kee for Shibata knives, with a modified kiritsuke/bunka style tip adding the ability to do more detailed tip work as well as Chinese style chopping and mincing.
This small version is a really fun detail knife, great for slicing garlic, shallots and small veggies.

**These blades are very thin and are made for vegetables and boneless proteins. To avoid chipping, keep away from bones, frozen foods or other hard foods and pits.
**Extra care is required with carbon steel. No soaking or dishwashers! Dry well in between uses to avoid rust. Blade will develop a patina (discoloration) with normal use.
