I was lucky to use some of the very first prototypes of The Chef's Press years ago working as a line cook in San Francisco. Its awesome to now be a retailer of this fantastic cooking tool.

Designed by Bay Area legend, Chef Bruce Hill, The Chef's press is a vented and weight adjustable tool to create the perfect sear on all sorts of foods, and allowing for foods to cook 20-30% faster. They stack together for more or less weight or for more surface area. Made from a solid piece of stainless steel. Made in Oakland, California.

This 13 oz. food press is perfect for grilled cheese, burgers and most other meats and vegetables. They are easy to stack together as well for items needing more weight! Measures 4 1/8" x 5 1/4"
