I was lucky to use some of the very first prototypes of The Chef's Press years ago working as a line cook in San Francisco. Its awesome to now be a retailer of this fantastic cooking tool.

Designed by Bay Area legend, Chef Bruce Hill, The Chef's press is a vented and weight adjustable tool to create the perfect sear on all sorts of foods, and allowing for foods to cook 20-30% faster. They stack together for more or less weight or for more surface area. Made from a solid piece of stainless steel. Made in Oakland, California.

This 18 oz. food press is perfect items needing extra weight and surface area, like a steak or chop. They are easy to stack together as well for items needing more weight! Measures 5" x 6 1/2"
