Dexter Russell makes high quality, affordable knives and tools made in the U.S. The company dates back to 1818, originally two separate companies Harrington Cutlery and Russell Green River, they merged in the 1990’s to form Dexter Russell and are the largest cutlery manufacturer in the United States.

**Extra care is required with carbon steel. No soaking or dishwashers! Dry well in between uses to avoid rust. Blade will develop a patina (discoloration) with normal use.
