Sam is always a wealth of knowledge. I walked in intending to purchase a fillet knife, and he pointed me toward a pair of pin-bone tweezers instead. He could have easily sold me the knife, but instead he set me up with what I really needed—not what I thought I needed.
High quality, honest, and always helpful. This is exactly why I keep coming back to Uptown
