Inspired by vintage spoon patterns, the Gestura slotted spoon is great for poaching eggs, fetching pickles, etc... The basin measures 1 tablespoon and is easy to level off.
This spoon was much larger than I expected, the slots in the middle allow me to taste the solids in a stew without bringing much of the oily grease with them.
