This harvest, or bird's beak, paring knife is great for peeling, paring, and harvesting foods from the garden.
Grakka Metalworks uses high carbon 1084 steel, which holds a keen edge, and is really nice to sharpen on whetstones or touch up on a honing rod. All the wood that is used for the handles is from reclaimed hardwoods from various sources such as old boats, furniture, or houses.
Handmade in Bellingham, Washington.
