A coarse ceramic honing rod, great for dealing with duller knives, and blades where you would want a toothier edge, like butchers and boning knives.

Made of high alumina ceramic. Handle is hard rock maple wood and includes a ring for hanging. Clean gently from time to time with warm soapy water.
