A narrow paring and utility knife with a thin tip, great for small detailed cuts and garde manger techniques such as fluting and food carving. Also great for trimming meats. These knives have a polished AUS8 stainless steel blade, with smooth cutting feel and excellent toughness.

**Dry thoroughly after use. Left wet, stainless steel can dull quickly and develop pits in the edge.
**To avoid chipping, keep away from bones, frozen foods or other hard foods and pits.
