Newquist Forge Saute Pan 11"

Hand forged carbon steel saute pan with flared sides for searing and sauteing fish, eggs, meat, or for large roasts in the oven. 

Overall diameter is 11" with about a 8.25" cooking surface. Height is 2.25". Handle length is about 7". Can cook on stovetop or in the oven.
