Pallares 'Leaf' 4" Kitchen Knife - Carbon Steel - Boxwood

A great little knife for paring fruits or vegetables, cheese plates or for a table or steak knife. The shape on these knives are a 'leaf' shape, with a nice pointy tip that's in the center of the profile.

**Extra care is required with carbon steel. No soaking or dishwashers! Dry well in between uses to avoid rust. Blade will develop a patina (discoloration) with normal use.
