Pallares 'Leaf' 8" Kitchen Knife - Carbon Steel - Boxwood

A chef sized knife with a big belly, great for rocking and mincing. The shape on these knives are a 'leaf' shape, with a nice pointy tip that's in the center of the profile.

Bulk Packed. Made in Spain. We sharpen all Pallares knives before they leave the shop.

**Extra care is required with carbon steel. No soaking or dishwashers! Dry well in between uses to avoid rust. Blade will develop a patina (discoloration) with normal use.

Started in the early 20th century in what was then a center of knife-making, they are now the last of the traditional companies in Solsona still producing knives.
