We love the bright colors on these! A traditional slipjoint Spanish knife, with a leaf shaped carbon steel blade and full belly for maximum slicing ability. Blade features a half stop for ease of opening. Rustic and highly usable.

*A note on the green and yellow colors. They are basically the same color. The yellow is slightly brighter and the green is slightly darker.*

Pallares is a third generation family run company in Solsona, Spain. Started in the early 20th century in what was then a center of knife-making, they are now the last of the traditional companies in Solsona still producing knives. They produce wonderful hand ground knives and tools for cooks, butchers, gardeners, and farmers.
