Pallares Iron Cooking Sheet

These iron cooking sheets are durable and thick, great for plancha style cooking on an outdoor fire or grill or in an oven.

Pallares is a third generation family run company in Solsona, Spain. Started in the early 20th century in what was then a center of knife-making, they are now the last of the traditional companies in Solsona still producing knives. They produce wonderful hand ground knives and tools for cooks, butchers, gardeners, and farmers.

Materials: Iron

Care: Treat like your common cast iron pan. Keep dry and oiled when not in use to avoid rust. Season with natural, neutral oils. Sheets can warp on high heat or on deck ovens, but we find that they flatten back out when cooling down. Best to use with indirect heat under 400 degrees.
