Pallares Slim Steak and Table Knife - Olive

These classic and simple table and steak knives are at home with any meal. Who doesn't like a good sharp knife to eat with? The shape on these slim knives from Pallares is a little different than the typical steakhouse style, more of a 'leaf' shape, with a nice pointy tip that's more in the center of the profile. The construction is full tang, with wood scales held on with three steel pins. They are a hand constructed, shaped and finished, and each one has its own subtle variances.

Pallares is a third generation family run company in Solsona, Spain. Started in the early 20th century in what was then a center of knife-making, they are now the last of the traditional companies in Solsona still producing knives. They produce wonderful hand ground knives and tools for cooks, butchers, gardeners, and farmers.
