Poke + Keister Waxed Knife Roll

Handmade in Brooklyn, NY.  Has 8 knife sleeves at 2" wide and additional storage in zippered pocket, and can carry a nice combination of larger and smaller knives 

Fits knives up to 15.5" in total length. Made with waxed canvas, leather tie, and zipper. This product is 100% handmade in the USA, using materials that are 100% produced by, or sourced from, U.S. owned and operated businesses.  

To keep knives sharp and your roll protected, we recommend keeping sheathes on any knives while stored.

Care instructions from the maker:

• At first, the roll will be stiff and white creases will appear -- that's the wax coming to the surface. Within a week or so of use the canvas will soften (a bit, but it will still keep its structure), and the white marks will fade into the fabric. This is true for all waxed items.
• If you ever get too many aggressive patina marks on it, you can hit them with a blow dryer and they'll fade away within a few seconds. 
• If you want to form fit your roll to your knives, slot them in and pop the whole thing into the oven at 100 degrees for 5-10 minutes. Leave the knives in as it cools -- this will form the roll to your specific knives. This isn't permanent, but it'll build a memory. 
• Roll from right to left. 
• Use sayas or guards on the blades.
