The Senzo 'Finest' line showcases SPG STRIX powder steel, a modern alloy with high hardness, making for excellent edge life. Despite its hardness, STRIX is fairly easy to maintain and re-sharpen. The blades have a hammered kurouchi finish on the cladding. Fitted with striped pakka wood octagonal handles.
