The Senzo 'Retro' line feature a Ginsan stainless steel core, nashiji (pearskin) finish and stylish octagonal Wenge wood handle. Ginsan is prized for its ease of sharpening and toughness.

**Dry thoroughly after use. Left wet, stainless steel can dull quickly and develop pits in the edge.
