The Senzo 'Twisted' line have a unique twisted octagon shaped white pakka wood handle, and a 33 layer damascus clad VG10 steel blade. VG10 is a high quality stainless steel with good edge life and toughness.

**Dry thoroughly after use. Left wet, stainless steel can dull quickly and develop pits in the edge. 

**To avoid chipping, keep away from bones, frozen foods or other hard foods and pits.
