Shapton Pro 1000 Ceramic Whetstone

The Shapton Pro 1000 stone is a hard, fast cutting stone that works well with wear resistant stainless steels. It cuts coarser than most 1000 stones, possibly requiring a 2000 or 3000 before final polishing on a 6000-8000 stone.

Does not require soaking, simply splash with water and go.
