The Spyderco Chaparral is slim, ergonomic and ambidextrous, and allows for multiple grip options, and the ability to choke up quite a bit for any type of fine detail work thanks to the finger choil and thumb rest integrated into the blade.

This lightweight version has a grippy grey FRN handle with a wire clip and the blade is made with CTS XHP stainless steel.
