Spyderco's Manix 2 is their only model that features the Ball Bearing lock, an ambidextrous locking system utilizing a spring loaded ball bearing securing the the blade in place.
The knife is extremely ergonomic and allows for multiple grip options, and the ability to choke up quite a bit for any type of fine detail work thanks to the finger choil and jimping on the blade spine. The full flat ground CTS-BD1N stainless steel blade is easy to care for and re-sharpen. This lightweight version has molded fiberglass reinforced co-polymer handle scales and a reversible wire pocket clip allowing for fully ambidextrous carry.
