Takamura Chromax 210mm Gyuto Tsuchime
Takamura Chromax 210mm Gyuto Tsuchime
Takamura's Chromax Tsuchime knives feature a Chromax steel core, a steel often compared to Aogami. They have excellent thin grinds and cut like lasers out of the box! The cladding is stainless with a tsuchime (hammermarked) finish. They have a Western style brown pakka wood handle and stainless bolster.
Takamura knives are forged in Echizen, Japan and are well regarded worldwide amongst chefs and kitchen knife enthusiasts for their excellent cutting feel and value.
**Dry thoroughly after use. Left wet, Chromax can rust, dull quickly and develop pits in the edge.
**To avoid chipping, keep away from bones, frozen foods or other hard foods and pits.
