These knives feature a Ginsan stainless steel core. Ginsan is prized for its ease of sharpening and toughness. The blades have a nashiji (pearskin) textured finish on the cladding. Fitted with octagonal smoked oak wood handles. Each blade is hand engraved with the makers mark.
