Great starter set of two knives, includes a 210mm gyuto and a 150mm petty knife.

These knives feature a polished AUS8 stainless steel blade, with smooth cutting feel and excellent toughness. A great low maintenance workhorse. 

Boxed. Made in Japan.

**Dry thoroughly after use. Left wet, stainless steel can dull quickly and develop pits in the edge. 

**To avoid damage, keep away from bones, frozen foods or other hard foods and pits.
