Tsunehisa Geppaku 165mm Santoku Damascus Tsuchime

These knives feature a Ginsan-ko (Silver #3) stainless steel core. Ginsan is prized for its sharpenability and toughness. The blades have a damascus and hammermarked stainless cladding. They have round magnolia wood handles with red pakka wood ferrules. 

Boxed. Made in Japan.

**Dry thoroughly after use. Left wet, stainless steel can dull quickly and develop pits in the edge. 

**To avoid chipping, keep away from bones, frozen foods or other hard foods and pits.
