Tsunehisa Swedish Damascus Washiji 165mm Nakiri

These knives feature a Swedish stainless steel core.. The damascus cladding has a unique combination of hammermarks (tsuchime) and a rustic pearskin finish (nashiji). Handled with magnolia wood and buffalo horn.

Boxed. Made in Japan.

**Dry thoroughly after use. Left wet stainless steel can develop rust and pitting

**To avoid chipping, keep away from bones, frozen foods or other hard foods and pits.
