Tsunehisa's VG1 series knives have thin and nimble blades. They feature a three layered construcion with a VG1 steel core, which is a durable stainless steel that is easy to to get sharp and holds a keen edge, and a pakka wood western style handle. An awesome affordable workhorse.

**To avoid chipping, keep away from bones, frozen foods or other hard foods and pits.
