Tsunehisa VG1 180mm Santoku Migaki Rosewood

Thin one piece VG1 stainless steel blade with polished finish. VG1 is an easy to sharpen stainless steel with good toughness. The traditional style oval handles are rosewood with white pakka wood ferrule.

Boxed. Made in Japan.

**Dry thoroughly after use. Left wet, stainless steel can dull quickly and develop pits in the edge.

**To avoid chipping, keep away from bones, frozen foods or other hard foods and pits.
