Tsunehisa VG10 80mm Petty Nickel Damascus Oak

Tsunehisa's Nickel Damascus knives have a three layer blade with a VG10 steel core, and a vibrant nickel damascus cladding. These knives have excellent edge life and wear resistance. Handled with a one piece octagon shaped oak wood handle.

**Dry thoroughly after use. Left wet, stainless steel can dull quickly and develop pits in the edge. 

**To avoid chipping, keep away from bones, frozen foods or other hard foods and pits.
