These knives from Yoshikane Hamono feature Shirogami #2 carbon steel in the core and a stainless steel cladding. The blades have nice contrast in their finish with a rustic nashiji finish on the cladding and polished primary bevel. They are fitted with burnt chestnut wood and buffalo horn octagonal handles.

**Dry thoroughly after use. Left wet carbon steel steel can rust, dull quickly and develop pits in the edge.
