A small deba, great for cleaning small fish such as anchovies, sardines, and mackerel and trout. A single bevel blade (for right handed folks), designed for cleaning and filleting fish.
Carbon Steel blade with ho wood handle and plastic ferrule.

**This knife is NOT for vegetables. It is primarily used for filleting and cleaning fish
**Extra care is required with carbon steel. No soaking or dishwashers! Dry well in between uses to avoid rust. Blade will develop a patina (discoloration) with normal use.
**To avoid chipping, keep away from thick bones, frozen foods or other hard foods and pits.
