Reed Hammer and Needle 5.5" Petty Carbon - Walnut Burl

Full tang western style handle with a satin finished 26C3 carbon steel blade. These are absolute workhorses, with heel height to accomplish many tasks that you would usually need a larger knife for.

**Extra care is required with carbon steel. No soaking or dishwashers! Dry well in between uses to avoid rust. Blade will develop a patina (discoloration) with normal use.

**To avoid chipping, keep away from bones, frozen foods or other hard foods and pits.
