 These are Seconds! We have deemed that these are still totally usable in spite of their imperfections. They may have pitting and rust from long term storage, and/or bends or warps in the blade, or small issues with the handle. They will be sharpened before shipping.

A great little knife for paring fruits or vegetables, cheese plates or for a table or steak knife.

Bulk Packed. Made in Spain. We sharpen all Pallares knives before they leave the shop.

**Extra care is required with carbon steel. No soaking or dishwashers! Dry well in between uses to avoid rust. Blade will develop a patina (discoloration) with normal use.
