Tsunehisa SRS13 165mm Santoku - Oak

SRS13 powder steel core that has excellent edge retention. SRS13 steel has a high carbon content, high hardness, but a nice fine grain, making it fairly easy to sharpen as well. A great all around workhorse knife that is easy to maintain. Polished blades with one piece oak wood handles.

Boxed. Made in Japan.

**Dry thoroughly after use. Left wet, stainless steel can dull quickly and develop pits in the edge. 

**To avoid chipping, keep away from bones, frozen foods or other hard foods and pits.
