Not sure of age on this Sabatier, but looks at least semi handforged with tapered tang and strong distal taper on spine. Stainless steel blade. Blade has a little wonk in it, but sharpened up fine and good to go as a workhorse chef knife.
This knife was re-handled by Aleph Null Design and Fabrication in Oak Harbor. Handle is made of an unknown burl wood and mahogany.
